With the arrival of spring, the free of raising young vultures have started again their long-distant flights, driven by the good weather conditions. In Kresna Gorge once more we have guests, like _MG_8716the vulture K53 which comes from Vrachanski Balkan. Together with the released by the Project birds, we now have birds from all over Balkan Peninsula, as CTM from Croatia, G92 from Greece, S25-19 from Serbia etc. Here are some pictures from yesterday 16.04.2015 from the FWFF’s vulture feeding site near the village of Rakitna.
