On June 21-22, 2016 a team of climbers (Yassen Diulgerov and Dimitar Ralev) have tagged a Griffon vulture chick on the cliffs of Vrachanska Mountain. During the first day they successfully climb down to one of the nests and ringed a chick with metal and colorful ring. Unfortunately the next day they unsuccessfully attacked a second vultures’ nest, where the cliff was inaccessible, so they couldn’t reach the nest using the available current climbing equipment.
